Exmoor Run
We were again successful in retaining “The Best Attended Club Award” thanks to those that pre-entered.
Unfortunately only four of us made it to the event, many members amongst others probably put off by the weather forecast which affected the attendance of this popular run.
The event started in glorious sunshine until we started to go up on the high ground past Raleigh's Cross and onto Wheddon Cross, where we were back in the sunshine to Lynmouth.
We were treated to a slight wash as we went up Countisbury Hill but were air dried as we approached the coffee stop. From then on it was a glorious day to Dulverton for the lunch stop and onto Sheppy’s Cider Mill for the end of run.
